Assistant Teacher

**Job description**

Endless Opportunities for Children, is looking for part-time or a full-time Assistant teacher (at least 30+ hours/week).
Compensation is competitive and will be based on experience, education and certifications.

Qualifications:

- A passionate and dedicated teacher.
- Good written and verbal communication skills with parents and staff members.
- Assistant Teacher must meet all current EEC qualification by the State of New Hampshire.
- A good understanding of a Developmental Appropriate environment for young children in all areas of the classroom.

**Duties**:

- Work closely with the other teachers, in a classroom environment to create a positive and safe learning environment
- Be able to create and implement lesson plans based on the school’s curriculum
- Teacher directed activities with small groups of children
- Must be able to lift at least 20 pounds of weight.
- Applicants must be able stand all day and may require some running while supervising children in an outdoor play environment.
- For our friends, that are not potty-trained yet, Applicant must be able to change diapers as part of the daily duties.
- Keep the center clean at all times and perform daily cleaning duties.

**Salary**: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
