- Conduct thorough pre-game hazard assessments to prioritize player safety above all else, demonstrating a commitment to creating a secure and nurturing sports environment.
- Prepare game venues with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring seamless operations that enhance the overall experience for players, spectators, and staff alike.
- Promote transparent communication with players and their families, nurturing growth and development both on and off the field and fostering a sense of community within the YMCA sports program.
- Embody YMCA's values, creating an inclusive atmosphere and enriching experiences for all.
- Inspire others to embrace YMCA's values, advocating for its impact and culture in all interactions.
- Excel in duties, supporting YMCA's mission and community with passion and commitment.

**What You Bring to Make an Impact**:

- Minimum age requirement: 16 years old.
- America Red Cross required, including CPR/AED, First Aid, and Oxygen. Don't worry if you don't have it - we offer certification services for free for future employees.
- Strong knowledge of basketball rules and regulations.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
- Growth mindset, quickly learn from failure, and value feedback to continuously improve.
- Team player mentality with a positive, service-oriented attitude and the ability to work well with others.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and actively listening for understanding to effectively convey information.
- Foster a culture of inclusion and belonging, leveraging people's differences as strengths and promoting a welcoming environment for all.

Compensation: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour, DOE
