**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Ensure proper cleaning, sterilization, and assembly of medical instruments and equipment according to established protocols and guidelines.
- Perform routine quality checks on sterilization equipment and maintain accurate records of sterilization processes, including monitoring and documenting equipment performance.
- Manage and organize sterile supplies and instruments inventory, ensuring an adequate stock level for surgical procedures and other medical interventions.
- Strictly adhere to infection control standards, protocols, and regulatory requirements to guarantee the highest level of patient safety and prevent healthcare-associated infections.
- Perform routine maintenance on sterilization equipment, troubleshoot issues, and promptly report any malfunctions or discrepancies to the appropriate authorities.
