**Job Overview**

Balance guest room, and miscellaneous charges daily. Post and balance charges and settlements in a timely and efficient manner. Maintain files and reset the systems for next-day operations.

**Essential Job Functions**
- Prepare daily Revenue Report data by auditing Property Management System tapes/journals to break down revenue.
- Run audit reports/journals from the front office system.
- Make corrections and adjustments and handle all computer problems that might occur throughout the shift.
- Input into the front office system revenue/expenses/allowances to generate the daily reports such as the Guest Ledger Summary.
- Balance all revenue rules and be available to work on a regular basis.
- Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.

**Required Skills and Abilities**
- Must be able to communicate in English.
- Must have basic mathematical skills and the ability to make accurate mathematical calculations.
- Must be able to access and accurately input information using a moderately complex computer system.
- Previous Hotel Night Auditor Experience Preferred. Hotel experience a must.

*_This is an overnight shift that runs from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m._
