Description:
Responsible for the day-to-day data entry functions. Focuses data integrity, and the daily entry of all data. Identifies and corrects data inconsistencies and maintains data entry policies and procedures to continuously improve overall data quality.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support operations by utilizing Sage X3 system.
- Enter data based on functional specifications and design process flows.
- Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output.
- Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:
**Eduction**:

- A High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Additional computer training is an asset.

**Experience**:

- 2+ Years Applicable Experience using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems. Sage X3 is preferred.

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of Structured Query Language (SQL) a plus.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related software.
- Solid understanding of data systems, including data relationships.
- Understanding of process-management specifically in manufacturing.
- Meticulous attention to detail, high level of accuracy, and an aptitude for logical thinking.

**Physical and Environmental Working Conditions**:
The work environment for this role includes both office work and plant floor work. The conditions in the office will include time using the phone and the computer while sitting. The plant floor environment will expose this individual to regularly moving mechanical parts and forklifts. The environment is ventilated, air conditioned, damp, and with vibrations. Employees are required to wear the following protective equipment: hair net, steel toed boots (or equivalent), and eye wear. Hearing protection is optional.
