- Human Resources Assistant**SUMMARY**
- The Human Resources Assistant will perform administrative duties related to the operations of the human resources office.**QUALIFICATIONS**- High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor’s degree preferred-
- One year of professional administrative experience-
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail-
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills-

- Current CPR and First Aid card-
- Negative Hepatitis B test-
- Negative tuberculosis test or a clear chest x-ray within the last 12 months-

- Maintain confidentiality of client and employee information at all times and follow HIPAA rules and regulations.-
- Assist with the preparation of human resource reports.-
- Assist with the performance evaluation process.-
- Assist with coordinating monthly new hire orientation sessions.-
- Assist HR Manager with HR projects.-
- Assist employees and supervisors with basic interpretation of company policy and procedures.-
- Perform other related duties as assigned.**PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS**- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands and fingers to handle, feel, or operate objects, tools, or controls, and reach with hands and arms. The employee is frequently required to stand, talk, and hear.-
