**SUMMARY**

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES **include the following:

- Confers with management and supervisors to identify personnel needs, job specifications, job duties, qualifications, and skills.
- Writes job descriptions or reviews and edits job descriptions written by others.
- Develops recruitment programs, budgets, and collateral, such as brochures about the organization and its opportunities to attract applicants and to fill specific job openings.
- Develops recruitment programs, budgets, and collateral, Writes and places job advertising in various media.
- Develops and coordinates internal job posting program and writes job postings.
- Coordinates participation in, sets up display, and works at job fairs.
- Provides information on company facilities and job opportunities to potential applicants.
- Coordinates communications with applicants.
- Files and maintains employment records for future references.
- All other duties as assigned.

**EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE**

Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field, plus 1-3 years of related work experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

**SKILLS**
- Bilingual in Spanish, preferred
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills: efficiency, friendliness, and positive attitude
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort in speaking to small and larger groups of people
- A complete understanding of confidentiality and will protect confidential information at all times
- A keen attention to detail
- Strong time management skills in a busy environment with frequent interruptions.
- A desire to work well as part of a team but also the ability to work independently
- A desire to continually learn more and grow as an employee and person
- Initiative and self-motivation
- MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
