Guest Service Representatives will be responsible to attending to the needs of guests, especially during the check-in/check-out processes. Highly organized individuals would thrive in this position.
- $500.00 Introductory Bonus, more information provided at interview
- Welcome guests when they come to check in and check out
- Check in and check out guests efficiently and with a friendly attitude
- Complete nightly audit
- Keep the security and safety of guests paramount when checking them in and out
- Takes care of guest issues as they arise
- Handles cash and credit cards in a responsible manner
- Answers phones/makes reservations
- Uses the computer system efficiently
- Communicates with other departments when needed

**Requirements**:

- Audit shift (11pm-7am)
- Evening Shift (3pm-11pm)
- Morning Shift (7am-3pm)
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays
- Must have reliable transportation
- **EOE. Post-offer background check and drug screen **_(marijuana excluded from testing) _**required**_.
- **Our hotel is on the RRTA Route 19/Manheim bus route.**_

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

- Hotel experience: 1 year (preferred)
