Strategy & Operations Consultant

**About the Role**:
- We're looking for a passionate, data-driven, hands-on builder who can help develop a new business and is comfortable taking initiative and working across teams.
- To ensure we properly serve customers, you’ll manage multiple projects from beginning to end, and define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Success in this role will be effectively balancing multiple projects and managing cross-functional teams in order to drive DD consumer financial product adoption and engagement.
**Duties**:
- Build. You'll have your fingerprints all over the consumer finance business. You'll work towards successful launches, get 1% better every day, and scale new products while managing existing ones. This means everything from high-level strategy to nitty-gritty operational details.
- Manage. Manage multiple large-scale projects with ownership of project outcomes from concept to launch.
- Strategize. From first principles, you'll develop the strategy for best serving the DoorDash audience through a unique financial lense.
- Analyze. You'll assess the operational, consumer, and financial impacts of your decisions, and iterate based on data.
- Lead. Lead project activities such as developing project plans, driving communication, setting up experiments, running consumer surveys, and analyzing results.
- Collaborate. You'll work with a cross-functional team, including engineering, product, design, operations, finance, and marketing to execute large projects within the projected timeline.
- Adapt. Adapt to competing demands and new responsibilities while learning from changes, challenges, and feedback.
- Experiment. There is no written rule book to success here. You must figure out how to get from A to B and constantly push to improve and test new opportunities to get 1% better every day.

- You have 1+ years of experience in startups, strategy, project management, partner management, business development, operations, technology, analytics or related experience; high-growth or early-stage start-up experience.

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
