**Overview**:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, including dental treatment scheduling.
**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee clerical tasks such as scheduling, insurance verification, and record keeping
- Coordinate and schedule treatments between multiple treatment rooms and providers
- Assist with insurance processing
- Manage phone systems, including answering calls, taking messages, directing inquiries, and delegating
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
**Skills**:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a dental office
- Prior experience with Dentrix and scheduling software
- Ability to communicate clearly about office treatments and services
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong ability to close cases and manage finances
- Familiarity with phone systems and other office equipment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
**About the Office**:
We are a quality care/PPO office serving patients in the South Bay area for over 20 years. We believe in providing our patients with high quality care to help them live long, healthy lives.
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
