About this Role:
As a Social Media Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in executing and optimizing our social media strategy across various platforms for both Quanta Services and Powerline Podcast brand channels. You will be responsible for managing our social media presence, working with our creative team in creating engaging content, and fostering community engagement. This position requires creativity, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of social media trends, ads and analytics.

What You'll Do:

- Content Creation: Develop original, creative, and engaging content ideas for our social media platforms, including but not limited to text, image, and video content.
- Platform Management: Manage and maintain our presence on key social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, and others as relevant.
- Community Engagement: Foster meaningful interactions with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Campaign Execution: Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of social media campaigns (both organic and paid ad’s) to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media analytics and performance metrics to track the success of campaigns and initiatives. Generate reports and insights to inform future strategies.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Recommend new approaches and strategies to reach our target audience effectively.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and customer support, to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all channels. This will include collaboration with Quanta Services operating companies.
- Content Calendar Management: Develop and maintain a social media content calendar, ensuring a consistent posting schedule aligned with overarching marketing objectives.
- Brand Advocacy: Identify and engage with brand advocates and influencers to amplify our message and expand our reach within relevant communities.
- Crisis Management: Monitor social media channels for potential issues or crises and assist in developing and implementing appropriate responses and strategies.

What You'll Bring:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- proven experience in marketing or managing social media platforms for personal brand, brands or organizations.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software is a plus.
- Familiarity with social media advertising platforms and strategies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Passion for social media and staying current with industry trends and developments.
