**In-Office Customer Service Representative - Sutter’s Quality Foods**
Sutter’s Quality Foods operates within the food service industry and is a premier dairy provider and and distributor of **Yoder's Southern Creamery ice cream **At Sutter's, we provide excellent customer service, warehouse, manufacture and deliver products to restaurants, hotels, retailers, and dessert shops throughout Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina.

**Job Schedule**:
5 day work week - 40 -45 hours/week.
Monday -Thursday 8am-5pm (may vary based on amount of incoming orders)
Sunday Noon-4:30 (may vary based on the amount of incoming orders)
**Strategic Priorities for this role**:
- **Customer Interaction**:
○ Provide detailed information about our products
○ Assist customers with product selection and provide recommendations based on their specific needs.
- **Order Processing**:
○ Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery.
○ Coordinate with the sales, warehouse, and logistics teams to track and fulfill orders.
○ Manage customer accounts, including updating contact information and order history.
- **Issue Resolution**:
○ Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly and effectively.
○ Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
○ Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments as necessary
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
○ Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
○ Provide support to sales representatives in managing customer accounts and fostering long-term relationships.
- **Administrative Duties**:
○ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
○ Works within the technology of a paperless office
○ Assist with general office duties and support other departments as required.
**We are looking for the following**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and Google Drive. Experience with NetSuite is a significant plus.

**Benefits & Compensation**
- Compensation: Hourly + Commission.
- Annual comp. range: $45 - $55k. Annual Compensation: Approximately $4k - may vary depending upon experience
