**THIS IS AN ONSITE POSITION AT OUR KINGSTON, NY FACILITY**

The principal duties for the Digital Mailroom Clerk (Accountable Mail) include, but are not limited to:

- Acquire and open the mail
- Identify and separate mail according guidelines
- Dispose of PHI material in approved HIPAA bins
- Excellent attention to detail
- Work without constant supervision
- Able to manage multiple tasks
- Maintain a high standard of quality
- Comply will attendance and punctuality policy
- Comfortable working in a deadline driven environment
- Good organizational skill

**Qualifications - External**

High School Diploma or Equivalent

**Salary**: $15.00 per hour

**Schedule**:

- 8 hour shift & Overtime
- **Shift starts at 12pm-clean of desk Mon-Fri
- or 9am -clean of desk. ** The term "Clean of Desk" means you will work until all tasks have been completed before leaving, some days you will work longer than 8hours.
