- Plans machining by studying work orders, shop drawings, engineering plans, materials, and orthographic drawings.
- Takes inventory by checking stock to determine the amount available, anticipated stock, and placing orders with purchasing department.
- Programs router tables by entering instructions, including zero and reference points.
- Sets-up router tables by installing and adjusting tools, and attachments.
- Loads feed mechanism by lifting stock into position.
- Verifies settings by measuring positions, first-run part, and sample workpieces.
- Maintains specifications by observing drilling, grooving, and cutting, including turning, facing, knurling, and thread chasing operations.
- Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
- Maintains equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements.
- Maintains continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions.

Pay range is negotiable and is based on experience and ability.

Regular hours are Monday thru Thursday 6 AM to 4:30 PM, Friday 6 AM to 2:30 PM

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime

Ability to Relocate:

- Lewiston, ME 04240: Relocate before starting work (required)
