**Berge Automotive** Group is looking for a **Title Clerk for Arrowhead Lexus in Peoria, AZ.**

**Salary DOE $20-23 per hour plus benefits.**

**Must have prior experience in dealership or similar.**

**Monday - Friday in location.**

**This is an exciting opportunity to join a great office team as our next Title Clerk**

The **Title Clerks'** primary function is to reconcile title paperwork for legal transfer and preparation to report to the MVD.
- Essential Duties but are not limited to:_
- Process paperwork to establish or transfer the ownership of vehicles
- Prepare & submit all legal transfer documents
- Maintain strict compliance with all title laws and filing requirements
- Communicate with customers and Tag Agency on related issues
- Troubleshoot and resolution to titles, odometer discrepancies, power of attorney, etc.
- Follow-up on title payoffs
- Complete wholesale title process

- Must be organized, detail-oriented and the ability to multi-task
- Punctual, reliable, and works well within a team environment
- Must have professional appearance
- Strong customer service background
