**The full time position includes a full benefit package including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, short/long term disability, PTO, sick time, and retirement benefits.**: Full time associates will be scheduled 36-40 hours per week - a set schedule may be determined at hire.

Shifts will correspond with open store hours: Monday-Saturday 9am-7:30pm and Sunday 9am-5:30pm**.**

**JOB SUMMARY**:
**This employee will be a key member of the Thrift Store team, focused on service to the customers and donors, cashiering, restocking merchandise and receiving/processing donations.**

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Cashiering duties: operate cash register and process transactions accurately, assist customers with purchases and vouchers, educate customers on VIP and monthly Round-Up program
- Provide customer and donor assistance throughout the store: answer questions, anticipate customers’ needs, offer help and encourage sales
- Restock merchandise on sales floor and pricing items as needed
- Assist on donation dock receiving and processing donations, loading items onto a semi trailer or into stock room as appropriate
- Help maintain cleanliness of store, perform cleaning duties on a rotating assignment list
- Maintain professional, patient and courteous interactions with a diverse base of customers, donors and clients
- Work assigned shifts consistently and reliably
- Play an integral role in fostering a culture of equity and inclusion within the organization.
- Build authentic relationships across lines of difference, such as race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, class, ability, gender identity, citizenship status, or other identities.
- Adhere to the Safeguarding Policy by ensuring timely completion of mandatory training, staying updated on relevant training modules to maintain compliance.
