**COLLECTION MANAGER III**

**POSITION CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD**

**BTS Software Solutions** is seeking **COLLECTION MANAGER III** to support core Intelligence Community (IC) missions at Ft Meade and the extended enterprise locations. As a Collection Manager, you will be given the opportunity to showcase your SIGINT Collection/Analysis expertise while supporting missions that are vital to our national security.

Primary Location**:Ft Meade, MD**

Secondary Locations**:Ft Gordon, GA; San Antonio, TX; and Wahiawa, HI**

Clearance Requirement**: TS/SCI with Poly**

**What You’ll Get to Do**:

- Identify appropriate collection access points, methods, and/or plans necessary to exploit target networks and to satisfy specific collection requirements
- Develop, plan, and coordinate the deployment of collection systems.
- Validate, coordinate, issue, adjust, and terminate collection tasking for the customer's Collection programs
- Collaborate internally and with external agencies to acquire, maintain and maximize access to global communications.
- Ensure that products conform to customer reporting policy guidance and style standards.

**You’ll Bring These Qualifications**:
**Education**:

- A degree in any field is acceptable
- Entry is with a high school diploma or GED plus 12 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree plus 10 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree and 8 years of relevant experience, OR a Master's Degree and 6 years of relevant experience.

**Relevant Experience**:

- Relevant experience must be in SIGINT collection and/or analysis. Completion of military training in a relevant area such as Signals Collector or Analysis program will be considered towards the relevant experience.
