**Sentara Health** is seeking to hire a qualified individual to join our team as a **Workers' Compensation Coordinator.**

**Position Status**: Full-time, Days

**Standard Working Hours**: Monday - Friday, 7am - 3:30pm (EST)

**Work Location**: Norfolk, VA

**Minimum Requirements**:

- OSHA Regulation - 3 years required
- Regulatory Agency Requirements - 3 years required
- Regulatory/Compliance - 3 years required
- Workers' Compensation Claims - 3 years required
- ** Current knowledge of governmental regulations and community health principles applicable to occupational and environmental health and safety to include Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA/VOSH), Regulatory agency requirements, Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).***

Coordinates the administrative functions of the workers' compensation program for Sentara Healthcare and manages the processes in compliance with all regulations and standards. Exercises good judgment and manages risks effectively.
