**Job Description Summary**

Loading and unloading heat treat furnace.
- ** Loads and runs machine.**:

- ** Makes necessary machine adjustments to maintain tolerance or notifies appropriate personnel when adjustments are needed.**:

- **Unloads machine and stacks parts according to shop criteria for material handling.**:

- ** Properly tags product at each stage of process, according to shop criteria.**:

- ** Record information in computer systems as required.**:

- ** Performs all inspections as required.**:

- ** Notifies appropriate personnel when nonconforming parts are found.**:

- ** Monitors tool condition, changes tools at specified intervals or when wear becomes excessive.**:

- ** Notifies appropriate personnel about problems with machine occur.**:

- ** Maintains a safe work area by performing general housekeeping duties in work area.**:

- ** Recommend solutions to problems through channels.**:

- ** Other job duties as assigned**:
**Required Skills and Education**
- HS Diploma or GED
- Previous furnace experience preferred.
- Previous machine operation experience preferred but not required
