Front Desk Lead

**Front Desk Lead - Health Benefits, 401K, performance-based bonuses
Job type: Full-Time, in office Monday - Friday (7:30am - 4:00pm, or 8:00am - 4:30pm)

Pay: $18/hour to start

PhotoFax, Inc. is seeking a Front Desk Lead at our corporate headquarters in Hampshire, IL to help maintain our status as one of the national leaders in the surveillance industry. Are you a team player with an outgoing personality that has a good attention to detail? We need you

**Responsibilities include**:

- Main receptionist responsible for answering incoming calls
- Handling general administrative tasks (this includes using a fax machine, scanner, and phones)
- Provide great customer service to customers and tenants that come to the office
- Maintain a welcoming environment by keeping an organized and tidy work space
- Working with other departments to help complete projects and tasks
- Retrieving mail from the local post office and handling the daily check deposit
- Managing office inventory and ordering supplies as needed

**Requirements for this position**:

- Must be able to pass a criminal background check in the state of Illinois for PERC card
- Reliable transportation (as this is a full time in-office position)
