Intermodal Dispatcher

Enhanced Logistics, LLC is looking for a reliable experienced **Intermodal** **Dispatcher** to act as a communication point for Driver/Owner operators.

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Receive and dispatch orders for products or deliveries
- Distribute loads to drivers with keeping hours of service in mind
- Prioritize loads according to urgency and importance
- Ensure all driver loads are covered and on time
- Address problems and requests by transmitting information or providing solutions
- Provide ETA's and information pertaining to orders, traffic, obstacles, etc.
- Enter data in computer and maintain logs and records of calls, activities and other information

**Skills**
- Proven experience as dispatcher or relevant position
- Tech-savvy with knowledge of relevant methods
- Fast typing with experience in data entry
- Knowledge of procedures and guideline for Intermodal work
- Proficient in English (oral and written)
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities
- Active listener with excellent communication skills
- Sound judgement and critical thinking
- High school diploma

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- On call

Work Location: In person
