$6,000 sign on bonus for fulltime nurses (32-40 hours a week); sign on bonus is paid out in monthly installments for two full years after passing 90 days of employment. $3,000 Sign on for parttime nurses

**Rate Range dependent on years of experience**

**_Responsibilities_**
- Provide patient care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care as well as physicians plan of treatment
- Follow a plan of care designed by our Nurse Manager
- Perform Medication Administration and Treatments per POC
- Monitor residents' conditions and report accordingly
- Accurate documentation in accordance with the provided orders

- Must possess an active, unencumbered license to practice as an RN in Massachusetts.
