**The Opportunity**: We are looking for a talented retail associate to work closely with our team of professionals in providing comprehensive support and distinctive guest experiences.

Whether part-time or full-time, our Sales Associates are extremely important brand ambassadors. They are the first and usually the last impression on our guests, which makes them a vital part of our success.

**Some of What You'll Do**:
*Meeting and making a connection with customers, asking questions and listening to shoppers’ needs, then giving options and advice on meeting those needs *Describe the tattoo process and proper aftercare of tattoos to customers *Engage customers about their tattoo ideas and inspire them with suggestions *Communicate effectively with artists and staff regarding client tattoo ideas, styles, pricing and appointment schedules *Utilize art references and photoshop to help clients visualize a new tattoo *Learning H&H’s systems and procedures to enhance selling efficiencies and complete support duties *Be a positive brand ambassador on-site and outside of work

**What You'll Need to Succeed**:
*Enthusiastic, friendly and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service. *Proven experience in sales, customer service or retail establishment. *Strong ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision. *Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers. *Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational and time management skills. *Empathy and a compassionate approach to client care. *Dedication to maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
