Greenhouse Grower

**Keithly-Williams Transplants is expanding and looking for a highly skilled Vegetable Transplant Grower.**

**Position Overview**

Keithly-Williams Grower is responsible for germinating, irrigation, fertilization, pest management, rotation, heating, cooling, acclimation, and preparation of the vegetable transplants for delivery to customers. Keep accurate records from start to finish of the plants grown. Interact with sales staff and growers/customers through the entire growing process. The end objective is to produce a high-quality transplant that is adaptable to customers’/growers’ field conditions.

Responsible for plant propagation, which includes but is not limited to implementing a pest management program, fertilizer program, irrigation schedule, etc. Work in conjunction with Keithly-Williams staff to accomplish the various jobs identified efficiently and in a timely manner.

**Qualifications**:
1. Successful completion of a four-year college degree program (B.S. in agriculture or a related major a plus) or five years comparable work experience.

2. Fluent English Speaker, Spanish speaking preferred

3. Valid drivers license in state of residence and clean driving record

4. Computer literate
