Operations General Manager

This position will assist the Company's overall store operation requirements of overseeing all relevant food safety regulations, policies, and procedures at a company brand operating stores.
**JOB DUTIES include but are not limited to the following**:
- Design and implement business strategies, plans, systems and procedures;
- Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth;
- Oversee daily operations of the Department and the stores;
- Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication;
- Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics;
- Set the target and manage right COGS and labor cost amount at each store;
- Evaluating the performance of the team members in the department and the managers.
- Identify and control the needed maintenance for each store for the look and the functionality;
- Identify issues and fix them for the store operation;
- Write and submit reports to the CEO in all matters of importance;
- Participate in expansion activities;
- Manage relationships with partners/vendors
- Perform other duties as required by Management
Pay: $68,000.00 - $73,000.00 per year
