Dessert Chef

**Overview**:
We are looking for a talented and passionate Dessert chef/plater to join our team at Gross Confection Bar. You will play a crucial role in the culinary operations and ensuring high-quality food production. This job is Thursday -Sunday 3pm-11:30pm, with a prep day on Wednesday 9am-2pm.

**Duties**:

- Prep and plate dessert dishes following Gross' standards
- Work well as a team and the ability to commuicate efficently
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Collaborate with team to develop new menu items and specials

**Qualifications**:

- Experience working in a restaurant environment as a Chef or Cook
- Strong background in culinary arts, with expertise in food production and presentation
- Knowledge of food service management principles and practices
- Proficiency in food preparation techniques and culinary skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced restaurant setting while maintaining high standards of quality

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
