Construction Helper/flagger

**Position**: Helper / Flagger (1099)

**Location**: Hutto/Taylor, TX

**Pay**: $17.00 - $20.00/hr

As a Helper / Flagger, you will play a vital supporting role in our operations. Your responsibilities will include assisting electricians and low voltage technicians, managing traffic flow at the worksite, and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.

**Key Duties**:

- Assist electricians and low voltage technicians with their tasks, including carrying tools, materials, and equipment.
- Help set up and clean up the worksite.
- Manage traffic flow at the worksite, directing vehicles and pedestrians safely around the construction area.
- Ensure the safety of the worksite by following all safety protocols and guidelines.
- Perform other general labor tasks as required.

**Qualifications**:

- No prior experience required, but previous experience on a construction site is a plus.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects and standing for long periods.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
