We are looking for a compassionate part time receptionist that is upbeat, energetic and flexible to join our team and provide superior client services. We are a busy 1 doctor AAHA accredited animal practice.

Requirements consist of receptionist experience, able to multi-task, must have passion for people and their pets.

Be cheerful, positive, professional compassionate team player punctual, organized and reliable.

Computer skills

Knowledge of basic animal behavioral

Medical Terminology a plus

Answering phones, scheduling appointments, discharging and admitting patients communication with clients, maintaining accurate medical records, invoicing/money handling, taking messages for the doctor, filing cards, and filling prescriptions, general cleaning, prepping hospital for daily openings.
