Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our sles team as a Sales Clerk. As a Sales Clerk, you will be responsible for daily data entry into our Deal Pack system, customer file updates, and providing exceptional service to our customers and assisting them with their inquiries and needs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

**Duties**:

- Assist customers with vehicle inquiries, payments, insurance requirements
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues or escalate when necessary
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when interacting with customers

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Previous experience in customer service or auto sales is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment

Please note that all positions at our company are paid positions, including internships.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $19.11 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
