Production Room Lead

**Responsibilities**:
- Complete and maintain accurate production paperwork.
- Perform basic math calculations for ingredient measurements.
- Collaborate with the Quality Control department for sampling and quality checks.
- Operate a forklift to move materials as needed (must be certified or experienced).
- Handle and lift materials weighing 50 lbs or more.
- Work alongside and coordinate with one other personnel in the room.
- Work in an environment with powder and dust from herbal ingredients.
- Wear full Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in dietary supplements or a related industry.
- Forklift certification or experience operating a forklift.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.
- Comfortable working in an environment with powder and dust.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team member.
- Basic math skills for accurate measurements.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
