Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The Store Manager will be responsible for managing a team, ensuring excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining a well-stocked and organized store.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and lead a team of retail associates, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve store targets
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the purchasing department to ensure adequate stock levels
- Train and develop staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills
- Create employee schedules and manage payroll
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner
- Maintain store appearance and visual merchandising standards
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Utilize retail math skills to analyze sales data, track performance, and make informed decisions

**Skills**:

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Proficient in retail math calculations for sales analysis and inventory management
- Experience with cash register operations and cash handling procedures
- Proven ability to develop training programs and deliver effective training sessions
- Excellent negotiation skills for vendor management and contract negotiations
- Knowledge of stock management principles to ensure proper inventory control
- Experience conducting interviews and making hiring decisions
- Bilingual skills (preferred) to effectively communicate with diverse customers
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a retail environment
- Exceptional phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries

Pay: $75,186.00 - $90,500.00 per year
