Construction Laborer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Laborer. As a Construction Laborer, you will assist with various tasks on construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to high-quality standards. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work well in a team environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform general construction duties as assigned by the supervisor
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
- Operate hand and power tools under supervision
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
- Assist skilled tradespeople as needed
- Perform basic maintenance on tools and equipment

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment
- Valid driver's license and a Class B license for higher starting wage
