**Requirements**:

- Valid **Teaching Credential or a 30-day Substitute Teacher permit** recognized by the Commission on Teaching Credentials (CTC).
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Preferred: Classroom Experience.
- High levels of empathy and compassion.
- Resilience in handling emotional demands and potential setbacks.
- Cultural sensitivity and the ability to work effectively with a diverse student population.
- Proficiency in conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques.
- Good verbal and written communication skills

**Responsibilities**:

- Adhere to lesson plans provided by the assigned teacher.
- Creating a safe and inclusive learning environment that encourages personal growth
- To maintain and reinforce appropriate pupil behavior, attitudes, and social skills.
- Participates in faculty and professional meetings, educational conferences, and teacher training workshops.
- Supporting the implementation of the school code of conduct.
- Administer day to day lesson plans and provide quality instruction in the classroom.
- Maintain a safe and orderly classroom environment.
