**Role Summary**

At Rapid Response Monitoring, a custodial team member is responsible for maintaining the facility, including performing repairs and maintenance tasks as well as, maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and a well-organized environment. This role involves performing various cleaning and maintenance tasks, waste management, sanitization, stock management, providing support in maintaining outdoor spaces and some repair work and support.

**Location**
- On site in Corona, California

**Pay Rate**:Starting at $17 - $18 per hour

**Schedule**
- Full-Time or Part-Time: Midday, afternoons, evenings. Requires weekends and holidays

**Responsibilities**
- Perform tasks to maintain our facility in the best condition, including repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Perform regular cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure cleanliness and tidiness
- Clean and disinfect surfaces, restrooms, and commonly used areas to maintain a hygienic environment
- Sweep, mop, dust, and vacuum indoor office space and maintain outdoor areas
- Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning and janitorial supplies
- Adhere to safety guidelines, and handle cleaning chemicals safely
- Maintain effective communication and collaboration with colleagues and supervisors.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and regulations related to cleanliness, safety, and security
- Provide friendly and professional customer service to employees, visitors, and clients

**Qualifications**
- Prior cleaning, maintenance and repair experience is required
- Must be able to do physical work and lift up to 30lbs
