Additional Responsibilities:

- Greet guests and listen to their travel interests to offer the best options to meet their needs.
- Accountable for attending one of HGVC's sales training sessions every week, according to HGV policies and procedures, and maintaining business standards for sales volume, ethics, and floor behavior with customers and coworkers.
- Responsible for accurately filling out your own worksheets.
- Carry out all other reasonable requests by management of which the associate is capable of performing.

**Schedule Details**: Our Sales Executives are scheduled to work 5 days a week, 8 hours per day, including weekends and holidays.

**Qualifications**

- Minimum 1 year of sales and customer service experience with proven ability to close sales.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to resolve sophisticated customer service issues and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to meet all compensation plan goals.
- Proficiency in English (reading/writing/speaking).
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to acquire an active Real Estate License.

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

- Previous sales and marketing experience in a similar luxury goods or services industry is a plus
- Experience selling branded Timeshare or Vacation Ownership products is a plus
- Current Real Estate license holder.
