Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Process payroll for employees accurately and timely
- Verify and reconcile payroll data, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle inquiries from employees regarding payroll matters
- Maintain accurate records of payroll documentation and transactions
- Collaborate with HR and finance departments to ensure seamless payroll processes
- Assist in payroll tax calculations and filings

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or similar role
- Proficiency in payroll software such as PeopleSoft, UltiPro, ADP, or Paychex
- Strong understanding of double-entry bookkeeping and general ledger reconciliation
- Knowledge of general ledger accounting principles
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally

Preferred Skills:

- Previous experience in clerical roles related to accounting or payroll

**Experience**:

- high volume payroll processing: 2 years (required)
- ADP: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

- Bryn Mawr, PA: Relocate before starting work (required)
