Job Summary:
Responsible for providing 4-Star/4-Diamond guest service to Slot players within assigned area, assisting players with questions and resolving guest problems such as currency/ticket jams and jackpots.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities:

- Continually monitor and patrol assigned work area, immediately responding to guest service requests and machine service lights.
- Provide 4 Star /4 Diamond guest service through professionalism, attentive response and positive interaction with all team members and guests.
- Address guest questions or concerns regarding machine play and payouts and provide change service to guests playing machines.
- Process Hand-paid Jackpots/vouchers in strict compliance with Title 31, gaming laws and casino policy. Verify accuracy of documents prior to signing clearly and legibly similar to Signature Card.
- Adhere to all Tribal Asset protection procedures/requirements including strict controls over individual asset banks.
- Report any malfunctions, suspicious behavior, questionable activities or guest problems or guest disputes to supervisor.
- Perform proper machine entry always using assigned Attendant Card where required on the machine keypad and proper notation and signature on Machine Entry Authorization Log.
- Perform light-duty machine maintenance service for guests or when instructed by management.
- Locate a Slot Repair Technician when machines are in need of repair.
- Performs other job related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Must have the ability to perform multiple tasks in a high volume, fast paced environment while maintaining 4-Star / 4-Diamond quality of guest service.

**EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE**:
High School Diploma or GED required. One (1) to two (2) years’ experience working with the public in a service capacity

**LICENSES, CERTIFICATES, REGISTRATIONS**:
Must undergo and successfully pass a background investigation to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Morongo Gaming Agency.

**LANGUAGE SKILLS**:
Must have the ability to assist guests verbally in English, write reports and correspondence, as well as interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.

**MATHEMATICAL SKILLS**:
Must have the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Must be able to accurately perform cash transactions.

**REASONING ABILITY**:
Must have the ability to resolve guest disputes according to departmental procedure and have the judgment to decide the correct course of action, requesting assistance from the supervisor when needed. Requires light troubleshooting of machines’ bill acceptors and cash-out printers.

**PHYSICAL DEMANDS**:
While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to stand and walk during an 8-hour shift. Team member frequently is required to reach with hands and arms and use hands to manipulate and feel. To transact with guests the team member must have the ability to hear and speak and see up close and across the assigned area. The team member must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

**WORK ENVIRONMENT**:
The casino environment has moderate to loud noise levels, dim to moderate lighting, is often crowded and is a smoking environment.

**WORKING HOURS**:
Because we are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, most positions require flexibility in scheduling and may require team members be available for evenings, weekends, holidays and special events. A typical workweek and normal work schedules may vary based on business needs and may include scheduled shifts Monday through Sunday. Position may require overtime.
