The Family Hearing & Sensory Neural Center is seeking a fantastic and friendly Patient Care Specialist, a part-time front office position to join our team We are an Audigy Certified practice, specializing in Audiology services including: diagnostic hearing testing, tinnitus, hearing aids, balance, dizziness, and vertigo.

The responsibilities of the Patient Care Specialist are but not limited to:

- Opening and closing the office
- Answering phones and making outbound calls to current and prospective patients.
- Assisting with sales and marketing goals.
- Managing the schedule.
- Checking patients in and out.
- Verifying insurance.
- Taking payments.
- Assisting provider and office manager with follow up tasks and office projects

**WE ARE OPEN 8:00AM-5:00PM MONDAY-THURSDAY & 9:00AM-1:00PM FRIDAY.**

**MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK WITHIN 8:00-5:00 AT LEAST 20 HOURS PER WEEK.**

**BUSINESS CASUAL DRESS REQUIRED.**

**STUDENTS: PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR CLASS SCHEDULE.**

Experience/Education:

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-year administrative office experience
- Medical office experience preferred, but not required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week

Healthcare setting:

- Private practice

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (required)
- Computer skills: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

- Huntsville, TX 77340: Relocate before starting work (required)
