Landscape Lawn Care Pro
**OVERALL SUMMARY**:
**ABOUT THIS POSITION**:
- Assignments may include but are not limited to:
- Work with account manager to manage daily labor and materials
- Thoroughly understand scope of work, products, product label instructions, schedule and safety procedures for lawn and pest control
- Proactive preparation of resources and time
- Diagnose and address lawn problems such as diseases, insect damage, and any other abnormalities with a lawn or site
- Perform seeding, aeration, over-seeding, and major turf care renovations
- Work with customers to ensure their expectations are being met. Respond to calls/site visits.
- Identify additional opportunities for clients’ site improvements and new business
- Coordinate completion of daily duties
- Documentation of employee time sheets and site reports
- Snow help during the winter season
- Other duties as needed
**QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS**:
- NH State Pesticide Applicator’s License.
- Loves to work outdoors and enjoys physical work.
- Proven leadership experience
- Proven customer service experience
- Mechanical knowledge a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Positive, self-motivated and reliable
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and creates natural interpersonal relationships
- Ability to accurately keep records and stay organized using our time-tracking and audit software.
- Ability to work in all weather conditions, including extreme heat, rain, and cold
- Meets driver requirements (valid license, no violations, motor vehicle report)
- Takes safety and a drug-free workplace seriously
- Can lift 70lbs continuously
- Champions a safety-first workplace
