**Locally owned and operated franchise servicing BOTH Illinois and Indiana.**

**Location**:

- **Northwest Indiana and South Bend area are the focus areas.**

**Qualifications**:

- **A Great attitude and willingness to follow directions is a MUST.**:

- **Clean background and clear MVR- Driving 50 plus miles daily with a reliable vehicle**:

- **Proven history of multi-unit experience with references**:

- **Ability to lead a team in a positive way with results compatible with company goals**:

- **6 day work week with 55+ hours**:

- **Nights, weekends and holidays are a must (Schedule 10-12 hour shifts)**:

- **6.Organized, detailed and well spoken with ability to direct teams (daily communication and follow up needed)**:

- **Must be able to read a financial statement and explain food and labor costs**:

- **Overseeing multi-unit locations requires hustling and ability to stand for more than 8+hours**:

- **Ability to create weekly action plans for teams not hitting goals**:

- **6.Organized, detailed and well spoken with ability to direct teams (daily communication and follow up needed)**

**Salary**:
**$62,000.00-$77,000.00 base salary with additional quarterly bonus’s and benefits**
