We are seeking a Leasing Support Specialist to provide essential administrative assistance to our bustling Leasing Department in the heart of Greenwich Village. This is a part-time, seasonal position that will end on or around September 2024.

Key Responsibilities:
**Client Engagement**:Welcome and greet every visitor warmly, treating each one as a potential client.

**Professional Communication**:Answer telephones cheerfully and professionally, accurately relaying messages to the appropriate departments.

**Administrative Duties**:Perform various administrative tasks as required to support the leasing team.

**Reputation Management**: Uphold and enhance the company’s reputation in the industry and community, consistently delivering exceptional service.

**Qualifications**:
**Customer Service Excellence**: Demonstrated experience in providing outstanding customer service.

**Administrative**:Proven experience in providing administrative support in a fast-paced environment.

**Organizational Skills**: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Technical Proficiency**: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

**Personable and Patient**:An outgoing personality who enjoys helping people and excels in problem-solving with patience.

**Professional Composure**:Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

**Physical demands**:
Sitting for long periods. Dexterity and coordination to handle files and single pieces of paper; occasional lifting items weighing up to (25) twenty-five pounds such as files, stacks of paper, reference and other materials. Moving from place to place within the office; minimum reaching for items above and below desk level. Strength, dexterity, coordination to use computer for prolonged periods. May have to climb stairs, travel between various properties in NYC and occasionally visually evaluate apartment/building physical needs. Frequently communicates with internal and external customers, regarding rental or business issues and must be able to exchange dialogue with customers clearly and accurately.
