**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Develop and implement IT policies and best practice guides for the organization.

Lead IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services.

Monitor performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels, and to make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure.

Handle annual budget and ensure cost-effectiveness for the IT department.

Ensure data security, network access, and backup systems are in place and effectively protecting data.

Work closely with corporate office weekly for program alignment and efficiencies.

Liaise with other departments to understand their technology needs and implement IT solutions to meet those needs.

Recruit, train, and mentor IT department staff.

Stay up-to-date with advancements in IT and applicable laws and regulations.

Manage relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure contracts are fulfilled and cost-efficient.

Manage security tools and technologies to protect the organization's networks, systems, and data.

Manage and maintain Microsoft network infrastructure, including Active Directory.

Maintain and administer the local Okta instance, ensuring seamless integration with Microsoft network infrastructure and overseeing user authentication, access control, and identity management processes.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field strongly preferred or with equivalent experience.

Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar managerial role.

Strong knowledge of computer systems (hardware/software), networks, and information security.

Experience leading and managing IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructures across various technologies.

Excellent understanding of IT infrastructure, data center management, and data governance.

Strong leadership and decision-making skills.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Ability to manage and prioritize tasks and projects.

Location: On-Site

Schedule: Mon-Fri, with the ability to work as needed to support a business that operates 24/7

Compensation: $85K-90K DOE

Pay: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
