We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Warehouse Maintenance Associate to join our team in Wilmington, MA. In this unique role you will have the combined responsibilities of a Warehouse Associate with those of a Maintenance Associate, ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and the upkeep of our facilities.

**Responsibilities a Warehouse Maintenance Associate**:

- Shipping and receiving.
- Storing materials/equipment.
- Inventory control.
- Upholding strict environmental health and safety standards.
- Providing excellent customer service to internal customers.
- Pulling and staging orders.
- Conducting routine maintenance and repairs on warehouse equipment and facilities.
- Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and surrounding areas.
- Collaborating with the management team to identify and address maintenance needs.
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications of a Warehouse Maintenance Associate**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of warehouse operational experience.
- HVAC experience is preferred, but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- PC skills and inventory and shipping/receiving systems experience required.
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal (Teambuilding) skills.
- Proven commitment to customer service and a safe work environment.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
- Must be team-oriented.
- Forklift certified required.
- Basic knowledge of maintenance and repair techniques.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new maintenance tasks and responsibilities.
