**Job Description
**Required Education, Experience, & Skills
**- Six (6) years' experience recruiting and staffing within the Intelligence Community, especially supporting operations.
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university, or six (6) years of related experience.
- Ability to operate effectively within a Program Management Office environment, collaborating with BAE Systems Talent Acquistions, Subcontracts, and Program Control.
- At least five (5) years' experience managing, supporting, and providing feedback to direct reports.
- Experience navigating portals to maintain job requisitions, resumes, interview results, and security processing.
- Experience creating and maintaining requisitions; coordinating recruiting events; and producing staffing reports and statistics.
- Excellent oral and written communications.

**Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills**
- Experience working within the Intel Community.
- Be results-driven, self-motivated, and able to prioritize tasks as mission needs shift.
- Experienced with Excel and Kenexa.

**Pay Information**
Full-Time Salary Range: $126610 - $215270
