This role may be assigned to work solely behind bar preparing all drinks for serving staff for the entire shift. Other times, this role will work both behind the bar and in the dining area as a server taking meal and drink orders and serving drinks. Typical work shift is 3pm
- close.

**Duties**:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Greet and follow up with guests to take orders, check on satisfaction of customer after being served, and provide recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar and dining area. Perform open and closing tasks.
- Check customers' identification and confirm legal drinking age
- Make sure all tabs are paid in full including cash cash transactions and operate the cash register/ POS system
- Monitor inventory levels and continually replenish stock
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines

**Skills**:

- Bartending experience preferred but not required. We will train.
- Proficiency in basic math skills for order accuracy
- Strong customer service skills to ensure guest satisfaction.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
