**Location**:Norfolk, VA

**SUMMARY**: WR has an opportunity for an Integrated Master Scheduler to develop and manage all project-related schedules that comply with the project/program's objectives.

**Position responsibilities** will include, but are not limited to the following:

- Provide technical and management scheduling support for the project manager.
- Incorporate contractual and programmatic changes to maintain realistic and current schedule baselines and to assist team in forecasting.
- Develop and maintain a resourced Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) using Microsoft Project, Primavera and Sciforma.
- Advise the weekly (and daily as needed) on task and deliverable due dates, slippage, and impact.
- Identify and include key events and milestones, sequencing, and duration into the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
- Coordinate with team leads weekly (and daily as needed) on their tasks to communicate the status, progress, and future workflows/events to keep the project on track.
- Attend weekly Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) meetings with project manager and government project lead.
- Help identify and incorporate the essential interrelationships between work tasks, subtasks, related work streams, duration of tasks, and their impact on project schedule, risk, and resources.
- Develop and manage data/metrics to support statistical analysis and historical trends of acquisition performance.
- Assist project managers in tasks such as cost analysis, managing risk databases, and establishing performance management baselines.
- Help develop communication products to include memos, issue papers, PowerPoint slide decks, and training aids.
- Support the following:

- Project manager in tracking team member training and system access per customer requirements.
- Understand and identify specified and implied tasking and required reports.
- Process documentation in accordance with customer policies for official records management.
- General administrative activities as needed.
- Work with team members to maintain a list of processes and track process improvement and updates.
- Attend other meetings and provide meeting notes on behalf of the project manager as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration related field desired.
- Military, technical or additional years of experience with specific scheduling tools may be substituted in lieu of degree.
- At a minimum, two years of college or business training with five (5)+ years of experience in maintaining travel, project, schedule, and financial documentation; preparing briefings, monthly status reports, and contract deliverable documents; and performing other administrative duties.
- Six (6)+ years of experience in developing, using, and maintaining an IMS.
- Five (5)+ years of administrative experience.
- Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
