**Job Summary**:
**Skills & Responsibilities**:

- Proficiency in pastry and culinary arts
- Ability to produce a high volume of quality cakes that meet Baskin-Robbins brand standards
- Adhere to food safety standards and regulations
- Collaborate with the team to fulfill orders in a timely manner
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting with cake selection and customization
- Working with customers to create cakes that meet their specific needs and preferences
- Ensure the quality and consistency of cake decorations
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for cake decorating
- A team player and enjoy working with others to create beautiful cakes
- Baskin-Robbins or ice cream cake decorating experience highly preferred
- Experience in packaging cakes for display and transport
- Strong customer service skills
- Competence in food handling and preparation

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
