Bartender and Server

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive and enjoyable experience for our guests. You will prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, while ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

**Duties**:

- Greet customers and take their orders promptly and accurately
- Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks
- Provide recommendations on drink selections based on customer preferences
- Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies
- Collect payments from customers and process transactions accurately using cash registers or POS systems
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by following food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding alcohol service and responsible drinking practices
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing any concerns or issues promptly

**Experience**:

- Previous experience as a Bartender in a fast-paced restaurant or bar setting is preferred
- Knowledge of basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating bills
- Familiarity with cash register operations and handling cash transactions
- Proficiency in using Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices in the food service industry
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-pressure environment
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
