**ELEMENTARY ATTENDANCE SECRETARY**

**Moorsbridge Elementary**
Start Date: 2024-25 school year
- 8 Hours Per Day
- 40 Weeks

**JOB SUMMARY**
Assist teachers, parents, students, and principal with varied tasks. Answer phones and perform daily activities.
**Minimum Qualifications**:

- High School diploma
- One year previous office experience
- Highly skilled in organization, interpersonal communications and customer service
- Ability to be flexible, manage time wisely, and complete job responsibilities with mínimal instruction
- History of exemplary attendance
- Demonstrate proficiency and ability to operate a computer and related software (i.e. Microsoft Office, Google Apps)
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Ability to interpret instructions given in written or oral form
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
- Ability to define problems, collect, organize, and report data
- Ability to perform duties with awareness of all district requirements and Board policies
- Ability to perform complex program and operational support duties
- Ability to speak and work effectively and positively with students, staff, and parents

**Preferred Qualifications**
- 1-3 years office experience
- Associate Degree
