**Reports to**: Kitchen Manager / Supervisor

**Principal Duties and Responsibilities**: (Majority of duties performed, but not meant to be inclusive or to prevent other duties from being assigned.)

Team Environment - Communicate appropriately with fellow team members, treating others fairly and with respect. Respond positively to feedback and direction given. Hold themselves accountable for their responsibilities on their shift. Adhere to schedule and arrive ready to work on time.

**Principal Duties and Responsibilities**: Base on position.
**Fryer**: Making mixes, frying cake and yeasting donuts.
Must be able to lift and lower screens (up to 8 lbs.) frequently.
Must be able to lift 40-60 lbs. with another person frequently
Must be able work with hot oil (375 degrees) while standing frequently.
**Baker**: Prepare and bake bagels, muffins and croissants.
Must be able to push full donut racks (up to 50 lbs.) frequently
**Loafer**: Making mixes of dough and coffee rolls.
Must be able to lift 90-100 lbs. with another person frequently.
Must be able to push full donut racks (up to 50 lbs.) frequently.
